  • What do I do if I need customer service or want to return / exchange an item?
    Email us at TheGreatSantaCruzMountains@gmail.com (put "customer service" in the subject line) We accept returns (within 7 days of purchase) or exchanges (within 1 month of purchase) on items that are still brand new and not worn. We can exchange for the correct size if available. If the item is defective, please describe the issue and include photos if possible. We can't replace worn items with visible wear. Email with any other additional questions. Thanks!
